In your new role, you will take on responsible tasks where your skills will make the difference:
- Customer service that inspires: You are the central point of contact for our customers - your communication makes the difference!
- A wide range of sales tasks: processing enquiries and orders, preparing quotations and order confirmations and working closely with our team.
- Organisation and structure: Responsibility for warehouse and shipping coordination including incoming goods inspections.
- Diligence in documentation: Preparation of delivery notes, invoices, orders and other commercial documents.
Your profile:
- Ideally initial office experience - motivated career changers with a commercial background are also very welcome!
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and a structured, meticulous way of working.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills - fluent German and good English skills are desirable.
- Organisational skills and enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner.

Sales clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Processing national and international enquiries and orders
- Telephone customer support and collaboration on projects
- Follow-up of leads and enquiries
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, possibly also career changers
- MS Office knowledge (SAP knowledge would be an advantage, but is not a requirement)
- Written and spoken English
- An open-minded demeanour, also on the phone
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
You will be trained by experienced colleagues. For this reason, these positions are also suitable for career changers who have not previously worked with electronic components, or for newcomers to the profession.
