Your tasks

Processing orders: Process customer enquiries and orders in the ERP system - from quotation to order confirmation to invoice.
Coordinate warehouse & dispatch: Check incoming goods, create delivery notes, organise dispatch processing. Create customs declarations, etc. This requires an overview and a structured way of working.
Customer care: You are the contact person for our customers with queries about orders, delivery dates, products, etc. You are friendly and committed. Friendliness and commitment are your tools here.
